FAQ About pricing
What does BOMproof cost, and what is a check?
01 What counts as a check?
Every time you run a check of an assembly, it counts as one check. A check that fails does not count. You can see your usage in the dashboard.
02 What happens when my checks run out?
You can buy extra checks: € 5 per check on Starter and € 3.50 per check on Professional. Send us a message and we will add them right away. In a new month your allowance starts again at the number in your plan.
03 How do extra users work on Professional?
Professional includes 3 users. Every extra user costs € 45 per month and brings 10 extra checks per month, shared by the whole team.
04 Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Starter and Professional can be cancelled per month. For Enterprise we make custom agreements.
05 What do I need to try it for free?
A representative design as STEP, with the drawings and BOM that belong to it. You check one full assembly for free, without having to arrange anything first.
06 Where are my files stored?
In the EU. Models, drawings and BOMs are stored at Cloudflare in storage that may only sit inside the European Union, encrypted and accessible only to the members of your company. Project data and reports are stored at Google Cloud in Europe. Storage of your own, such as a NAS in your own server room, is on the roadmap.
07 Can you build a check specifically for our product group?
Yes. On top of the standard check we build a custom check model, with checks of its own for your product group, your standards and your agreements with the workshop. This is possible as an extension to Professional or Enterprise. Choose the subject Custom check in the contact form and briefly tell us which rules matter to you, and we will work out together what is needed.
